What Lumion does
Lumion is the AI-first operating system for trade and technical schools. We run the entire student journey, from first inquiry to graduation, across four pillars: engagement, enrollment, payments, and success. Underneath it all is a licensed, in-house payments and servicing engine, NMLS-licensed in 48 states, with a 91.6% collection rate across 36 months. America has a massive skilled trades shortage, and the schools that train electricians, welders, and nurses are the bottleneck. Why this role matters
Most trade schools in this country are small, single-campus, and running on tools that were never built for them. You're the person who gets them onto Lumion. This is a volume motion: a full pipeline, a fast cycle, and a repeatable playbook, not a handful of year-long enterprise pursuits. The schools you close are how Lumion earns the next referral, and the next.
The work
You own the full cycle on every deal in your book: prospecting through close, no handoff to someone else mid-deal.
Sales execution. Run discovery, demos, and proposals with school owners and directors. Manage a high volume of concurrent deals, prospecting through negotiation and close.
Pipeline and forecasting. Keep your CRM clean and your forecast accurate. At this volume, the data has to be trustworthy or the whole team's numbers are wrong.
Market feedback. You're talking to more schools than anyone else on the team. What you hear about pricing objections, competitor mentions, and product gaps goes straight back to product and marketing.
Handoff. Set every new account up for a clean transition to Customer Success. A fast close that onboards badly isn't a win.
How we work
There are no layers between you and the decisions. You will run a high-velocity book and be measured on activity and close rate.

Who you are
You have at least 2 years of full-cycle, new-business sales experience, and you've carried and hit a quota.
You are a closer.
You are organized under pressure. A full pipeline doesn't rattle you, it's the job.
You are coachable and competitive. You want a leaderboard, not just a paycheck.
