Lumion is the AI-first operating system for trade and technical schools. We run the entire student journey, from first inquiry to graduation, across four pillars: engagement, enrollment, payments, and success. Underneath it all is a licensed, in-house payments and servicing engine, NMLS-licensed in 48 states, with a 91.6% collection rate across 36 months. America has a massive skilled trades shortage, and the schools that train electricians, welders, and nurses are the bottleneck. Why this role matters
This is the core of Lumion's growth engine. You're not closing the smallest schools or chasing the handful of largest groups, you're winning the multi-campus operators and growing single campuses who need a real partner, not just a tool. These deals involve more than one decision-maker and a real evaluation process. You own the full consultative cycle that gets them there.
The work
You own the full sales cycle on mid-sized and growing accounts, from first call to signed contract.
Sales execution. Run discovery, demos, and presentations with school leadership teams, often more than one stakeholder. Build a business case, not just a pitch.
Pipeline and forecasting. Own an accurate forecast.
Market and strategy. Build a real point of view on how Lumion fits against alternatives these schools are evaluating, and bring that back to marketing and product..
Handoff. Ensure a clean, well-documented transition to Customer Success for accounts with real complexity.
How we work
There are no layers between you and the decisions, because you will be in the room for them. You'll partner closely with SDRs, CSMs, and leadership to win deals that take real strategy, not just volume.
This is an in-office role in South Jordan, Utah, by design.
Who you are
You have 4-6 years of full-cycle, new-business sales experience, with a track record of hitting quota on deals involving multiple stakeholders.
You are consultative, not transactional. You'd rather uncover the real problem than rush to a proposal.
You can run a longer cycle without losing momentum. You know how to keep a multi-stakeholder deal moving.
You are a self-starter with a track record of exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
